Rental Application Process

Thank you for applying for one of our rental properties. Attached is our rental application.

The following is an explanation of our application process:

Each applicant must complete a rental application (married couples may complete one application), an application fee of $15 per applicant will be collected if you have been selected. This fee is to cover the cost of running a credit report. A credit report will be ordered as the last step, and only after you have been selected subject to the results of that credit report.

If any information is missing from the application (i.e. telephone numbers, previous landlord's name, signatures, etc) it will not be considered complete and will not be processed.

Credit reports must have an EMPIRICA or FICA score of 600 or better Co-signers for an applicant must complete their own application, provide a credit report and be a resident in the State where the property is located.

Once a completed application is submitted, please allow time for processing - usually at least 48 hours. Processing time will vary depending on the number of applications received.
